  • 25 side reaches
  • 10 tuck-hollow-vsit
  • 30 bridge lifts
  • 40 bicycle twists
  • 30 arm circles (forward and backward)
  • 25 Donkey kicks (each)
  • 30 alternating split kicks (each)
  • 15 push ups
  • 30 V-leg lifts
  • 40 low flutter kicks
  • 40 scissors
  • 1 minute arm pumps
  • 35 jumping lunges
  • 40 crunches
  • 20 v-sits
  • 30 tower sit ups 
  • 30 ball twists each side
  • 15 hollow-tuck-hollow-V
  • 20 push ups
